一 |     中新网8月26日电 据财政部网站消息，8月26日，因尼泊尔一侧发生泥石流灾害，造成西藏日喀则市吉隆县吉隆口岸重大人员伤亡、失联。    A 5.6-magnitude earthquake jolted Haixi Prefecture of northwest China's Qinghai Province at 5:36 a.m. on Wednesday (Beijing Time), according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).    The epicenter was monitored at 37.81 degrees north latitude and 95.63 degrees east longitude. The earthquake struck at a depth of 10 km, the center said.                    。

二 | 为贯彻落实习近平总书记重要指示精神，财政部、应急管理部当日紧急预拨1.2亿元中央自然灾害救灾资金，支持西藏开展应急抢险救援和受灾群众救助工作，重点做好人员搜救、受灾群众转移安置、排危除险等应急处置以及倒损民房修复等工作，最大限度减少灾害损失和人员伤亡。         　　财政部要求西藏自治区财政厅抓紧将资金拨付灾区，加强救灾资金监管，确保救灾资金全部用于灾区和受灾群众，切实保障人民群众生命财产安全。
